The interesting thing being compared here is a video based software solution using a single camera, with the optical tracking system involving probably a dozen or so IR cameras being used to triangulate the exact positions of those dots on her suit. That's all sytems down-stream of the mocap system which is really just about getting the movement of the invisible skeletons underneath into the computer. If you want to consider the systems being compared here you need to ignore things like the hair dynamics and the rendering quality.
